How much is Shipping?
All items will ship within 2-3 business days at a flat rate of $12.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
You have up to 1 week to pick up your purchase in our store.

What’s your return policy?
You may return any unwanted, undamaged and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your items. We do NOT pay for return shipping or provide return labels.

What if my order is damaged in shipping?
Exceptional Customer service is our priority and if an item was damaged in shipping we take necessary steps to ensure you get a replacement or refund on your item. Please contact us at (email) with photos of your damaged item and packaging so we can determine the next steps.
