Cozy Fall Porch Ideas

Happy Fall! Welcome to my Fall Front Porch Blog! When deciding what to do with my front porch this year, I knew I wanted to add in some Halloween decor. Actually, I didn’t decide that until I went to The Mercantile & Vintage Market that is located across Mother Cluckers! I found two of the cutest cement jack o’ lanterns that I just had to have.

From there, I had to run to Lowe’s for some mums and found these awesome skeletons that were at a great price! (See skeletons on down) So, I bought a few, and I knew I had to add more decor items for Halloween. I looked on Amazon and found these bats! You can check out the bats here they were only like $6.00.

I was finally getting my plan together.. I use my old stuff every year and always bring in a few new items. I went by The Junction on my lunch break at work and bought a few more mums and pumpkins! I always use real and fake pumpkins on my front porch, which saves money. That gives you the option to not buy so many pumpkins a year and you can use the fake ones over and over again. I bet you can’t tell which ones are fake and which ones are real. The Junction is located in Buffalo Junction and is the perfect place to take kids! They have a corn maze, pumpkin patch, slides, all kinds of stuff to do for kids! Check them out here

I also found this Skelton stake at Amazon! Link below! I have my stake pumpkins on one side of the sidewalk and needed to add something to the other side. This creepy skeleton stake added the perfect touch!

I knew I wanted to add some color to my front porch. I usually do whites and greens, but wanted to add bright colors to give a pop. I loved how these colors together turned out!

I love lighting so I add lighting everywhere I possibly can- lighting gives off such a coziness feel and my front porch is one of my favorite places to relax!
I can’t wait til these mums bloom. I went with white and orange mums here!

I had this black bench made about 3 years ago by Piney Ridge Farms and Woodworking. I love decorating this bench and it provides extra seating if needed! I added a throw, pillows, and pumpkins and wallah!

These vines are my favorite- I bought this plant back in the summer it had some gorgeous hydrangeas in the middle of them. They didn’t survive so I cut them out and added a pumpkin for the Fall.

I always add a tray to my coffee table outside and decorate it seasonally. I added some faux florals, pumpkin, and candles and it’s perfect for the Fall.

I had an old Fall wreath but was not impressed with it. So I dismantled the wreath and added some of MC’s gorgeous florals and it turned out perfectly. I have had many customers ask for me to make them in my shop.. but for now I will do special request. If you are looking for a seasonal wreath; message me and I would love to make one for you!

These skeletons remind me of my husband and I in 100 years.. sitting on the front porch drinking coffee. Well, I will be drinking coffee, he will probably have juice. (he doesn’t like coffee)

You can find this arrangement here
All MC decor and we just got in these cute coffee cups!

I sat my little skeletons in my birch tree planters. I added these birch tree planters last year to give off a woodsy vibe… you may have noticed I have birch planters outside and inside my home.

If you haven’t been by The Mercantile & Vintage Market you are missing out! They have so many unique finds and bring in new stuff weekly. You can find them here.

I usually walk in there about once a week to see the new items.

We built our home and moved in Dec. 2017. As you all know I use my home as a place to decorate to give you all ideas and inspiration and to display Mother Cluckers home decor!
